Kicking Cancer

Lee Johnson is a senior place kicker for his high school, Woodward Academy in College Park, Georgia. His uncle was recently diagnosed with appendix cancer and he hopes to raise money to help find a cure for appendix cancer because it is a rare form of cancer and there is not much research. The ACPMP Research Foundation is the only nonprofit organization completely dedicated to funding research for appendix cancer.

He’d like to ask people to pledge a certain amount of money per points that he scores this year during his football season. He will play up to 15 games this season and last year he scored 70 points!

To make a pledge, click here and then select your pledge level. Lee and ACPMP will collect pledges at the end of the season.

Thank you for supporting Lee’s idea and helping him to raise money to find a cure for appendix cancer.
