We were so excited to co-host the first ever Appendix Cancer Survivorship Symposium at Wake Forest Baptist Health this year on September 27th. It was also a pleasure to be able to give Dr. Votanopoulos his $50,000 research grant check as one of ACPMP’s 2019 research grant program awardees. A huge thanks to Dr. Levine, Dr. Votanopoulos, and the Wake Forest team for a fantastic event and a big thank you to all the patients, caregivers, and others who attended!
