The General Session is scheduled from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm ET and will provide a comprehensive look at appendix cancer fundamentals, current treatment approaches, emerging research, and innovative therapies. Attendees will hear directly from leading specialists and ACPMP-funded investigators working to advance the understanding and treatment of appendix cancer.

Back by popular demand, the Mock Tumor Board will once again give attendees an inside look at how a multidisciplinary team of experts evaluates complex cases and develops personalized treatment recommendations. This interactive session remains one of the most highly rated portions of the symposium and offers a unique opportunity to see how experts collaborate in real-world clinical decision-making.

This year’s program will also feature updates on the most important appendiceal cancer research published over the past year, emerging KRAS-targeted therapies, ongoing clinical research, and presentations from recipients of ACPMP-funded research awards who are helping shape the future of appendix cancer care.

Get your questions answered by an expert! Throughout the day, attendees will have multiple opportunities to engage with leading specialists in surgical oncology, medical oncology, pathology, radiology, and research. Questions may be submitted in advance during registration, and attendees will also be able to submit questions live during the event. Our moderators will do their best to address as many questions as possible.

Following the General Session, attendees may choose from three separate Regional Programs that will be held simultaneously from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm ET. Each Regional Session will focus on practical topics and discussions relevant to patients, survivors, caregivers, and families.
