Educating Providers, Improving Care: Inside the New CME Course

Join the ACPMP Research Foundation for a special educational webinar featuring Dr. Ugwuji N. Maduekwe of the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Dr. Maduekwe will introduce “The Neoplastic Appendix: When to Watch, When to Act, When to Refer,” a new online continuing medical education (CME) course developed in partnership with ACPMP to help healthcare professionals better understand appendix neoplasms, including diagnosis, treatment, and multidisciplinary care.

During the webinar, Dr. Maduekwe will discuss why the course was created, who it was designed for, and how expanding provider education can help improve awareness, clinical knowledge, and care for patients with appendix neoplasms. She will also answer questions from patients and caregivers about this important educational initiative.
